Quinton is a leader in electrical contracting, energy and decarbonisation, with experience in private and publicly listed companies. He has driven growth through large-scale energy projects and held executive roles, including Board-level positions. As a former CEO, he successfully led the transformation from start-up to EPC market leader. Known for building high-performing teams, Quinton combines his passion for sustainable energy with a focus on delivering commercially successful solutions.
Brendan brings over 20 years of experience in utility electrical infrastructure and the sustainable energy sector. He has delivered complex technology projects nationwide and founded successful businesses, managing projects for clients like Vicinity Shopping Centres, QIC and SA Water. With a background as an A-grade electrician, he focuses on detail, quality, and team growth. Brendan’s leadership includes a role as Director at a publicly listed company, known for his dedication to high standards and developing talent.
With over a decade of experience in renewable energy and energy efficiency, Alex has driven growth in solar, battery projects and standalone power systems. He has a proven track record of delivering results across industry-leading consultancies, electricity retailers, subcontractors and EPC contractors. His leadership in managing commercial solar projects highlights his dedication to operational excellence and client satisfaction, making him a key contributor to Searo’s renewable energy initiatives.
Patrick brings a wealth of experience and guidance to the Searo team, with over 17 years of electrical industry expertise. He has extensive experience in emerging technologies and distribution networks, having successfully delivered complex projects across Australia and internationally. Patrick has worked with major clients across the industry, consistently meeting Tier 1 expectations through his keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
As Head of Solutions at Searo, Steve drives strategies that ensure client success. With 18 years in electrical and renewable industries, he excels in concept design and project costing for efficient delivery. Steve leads a team of estimators to craft competitive bids that meet client goals and budgets. He has led complex bids across sectors like defence, mining, and water utilities, delivering tailored solutions for diverse project needs.
