Strengthening leadership in operations

We’re proud to announce Patrick Flynn as the new Operations Manager at Searo, reinforcing the strength and depth of leadership guiding the business through its next phase of growth. 

Patty has been a driving force behind Searo’s operational capability, known for his high standards, disciplined approach and commitment to building systems that support consistent delivery. Since joining the business, he has played a key role in shaping how Searo delivers complex projects across energy and renewables. 

With hands-on experience across national EV infrastructure programs, Patty has helped establish scalable processes and strong coordination across multiple sites. He has also been instrumental in laying the operational foundations for Searo’s entry into utility-scale solar, supporting early planning, technical inputs and delivery structures as the business expands its footprint. 

“Great operations are proactive,” said Patty. “It’s about setting teams up with the right tools, clear processes and strong planning so they can deliver with confidence as the business grows.” 

In his new role, Patty will focus on strengthening operational efficiency, refining systems and supporting teams to deliver safely, consistently and at scale. His leadership style is inclusive and empowering, balancing accountability with trust in capable people.
