Operation Skyscraper: Coming together to celebrate and collaborate

Searo recently brought the entire team together for ‘Operation Skyscraper’, a day dedicated to celebrating our people and the strong culture we continue to build.

With exciting growth across the business, it was an opportunity to reconnect and spend time together as one team. The focus was on collaboration, shared ambition and recognising the contribution each person makes to our ongoing success.

Throughout the day, the team took part in activities designed to strengthen connection and bring our team spirit to life.

The standout moment? The skyscraper challenge.

Armed with nothing but spaghetti, tape and string, teams set out to build the tallest structure possible. The room quickly filled with energy, creativity and plenty of laughter as ideas took shape and towers rose, some more successfully than others. It was a great reflection of the team's camaraderie and collective ambition.

Time was also spent reinforcing our shared direction and the mindset that continues to underpin our performance. As the business grows, maintaining a positive, high-performing and supportive environment remains a priority and days like this help keep that culture strong.
